Reporting an insurance event

If an insurance event occurs, or if you need clarification about using a health policy or paying receipts, we recommend contacting the claims department of the relevant insurer directly.

Basic steps

  • Ensure people are safe and call emergency services if needed.
  • Record the scene with photos, videos, and participant details.
  • Keep receipts, invoices, and other proof of expenses.
  • Before repairs or changes, make sure the insurer has been informed.

When to contact AGGA Brokeris

  • If you suspect a non-standard situation and there is a risk of being denied compensation on formal grounds.
